We may be able to replace some more of our dependency management scripts by using "cargo rpmstatus"

Unfortunately, at present it seems to be mostly a tool for humans. It doesn't give us much benefit to parse its output at this time, but that may change.

cargo rpmstatus is in Rust, and seems to work well, just not for machine use. cargo2rpm is in Python and doesn't seem to be able to handle workspaces at all, so can't be used on stratisd. cargo2rpm is probably useful for our Rust libraries, though.
