It would be great if our SV2 UI can provide a bit more contextual error than the Mining Services stopped. In this particular scenario, user was running SV2UI, stopped for a while, exited docker, and instead of giving user a contextual error that the reason why they can't start SV2 UI is because Docker isn'tisnt reachable (just like we do on other areas of codebase) we say Mining Services stopped which don't mean much in this scenario.
