Support affinity nodeselector and tolerations in chart

Just basics its fairly typical to expect affinity, nodeselector and tolerations to be available a helm chart

I think it makes sense to add these similar to the way we do in the cluster-operator

I do not think we support node selectors anywhere. But it definitely makes sense to add Affinity (that includes node scheduling) and Tolerations.
