ExpressVPN for Linux

Adding an Ubuntu version of the `Expresso CLI` tool will be great.

Legend:
I'm trying to bring up a web scraper in docker, my scraper uses `Expresso CLI` + `ExpressVPN` as a proxy.

Option:
Can you please provide a guide to install `Expresso CLI` on Ubuntu in docker?
