This root-level copy was a stale fork describing an earlier two-project, named-range-based
architecture (superseded by ADR-0007 single-script dual-deployment and ADR-0008 in-text
token identity) and was removed as a duplicate on 2026-06-17. See docs/OPERATIONS.md for
current deployment, configuration, and test-running instructions.
