[Xverse] Make sessionProperties fields optional

Xverse WalletConnect doesn't provide sessionProperties the way Reown/WalletConnect proposes.

Todo

• make sessionProperties optional somehow.
• add this to Xverse WalletConnect provider

This makes it look like the QR code scanning doesn't work, since there is an error while initiating the session.
