Cart Rule Combine Types not working as expected / discount Label Not Appearing

Known affected Magento version(s): 2.4.7

Issue: Discount Label not appearing when Cart Rule Combine Type is set to anything other than "Combine Subscription Discount With Other Discounts"

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to Magento Admin
2. Select Stores > Configuration and then Subscribe Pro > Swarming
3. Scroll down to Cart Rule Combine Type under Subscription Discount
4. Change Cart Rule Combine Type to "Always Apply Cart Rule Discount"

Issue

• Cart Price Rules, and Subscription Discount Combining with all Cart Rule Combine Types except Apply Least Discount
• The subscription discount label only shows with Types: Combine Subscription Discount With Other Discounts and Apply Least Discount In my case the Subscription Discount label should not be displayed with the Apply Least Discount because it is not the discount being applied.
• When the cart is "mixed" (A subscription product, and a one time product) the subscription discount label will display.
