[ FEAT REQ ] - custom thread names, updated by mods or suggester

right now, it's hard to see what each thread is about.

would it be possible to allow a /name command to rename the suggestion thread? so instead of Thread for suggestion <ID> it could be named appropriately. Likewise, setting a character limit setting for suggestion name would be fantastic.

Possibly this could be implemented? But moderators can also already rename threads via the discord UI so I feel like this may be somewhat voided?

And what kind of limits would you like to see for the configurable suggestions size limits?
