Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
As a teacher, I would like to be able to create a questionnaire with answers that are already filled in but not visible to the learner. Only the document editor/administrator would be able to reveal the answers during correction.

I would like to be able to hide text and make it visible only to document editors/administrators when clicked.

@Gu-Pa Thanks for your suggestion. I do understand your usecase. I'm not sure Docs is the right tool for what you're describing. Maybe an educational tool like moodle would provide this kind of feature.
On our end it is not our priority to build something like this. Technical it's not trivial at all it would mean permissions wouldn't be made on the whole document but block by block which sounds heavy to implement.
