Feature Request
One of the big features that choosing a cohesive office suite as LaSuite brings is the abiility to do integrations and see relevant items (docs, meetings, emails) for other connected programs.
Since find is already the full text search hub this seems like a likely candidate to integrate such a thing into, but depending on the chosen scope it might be preferable to add another service project.
Example flows
- Attach documents to meetings beforehand and show them for everyone
- When drafting an email or meeting, automatically suggest relevant documents
- For a given docs document, see relevant other documents or concepts
- Be able to ask an AI "what was decided last meeting" looking into attached documents
- Find relevant chat conversation for a specific part of a document
- Suggest people who might want to join a specific meeting
- Find related meetings that should be merged or where the transcript might be useful
- Find for the whole organisation who is working on a specific topic
Ideally also support implicit (probablistic?) links, such as by the people working on something, meetings concurrently having a document open, Vector similarity, etc.
Some of these are more viable/useful than others.
Auth might be quite hard to get right and a view into this knowledge graph might be different for each user depending on their permissions etc.
See also the discussion a while back on matrix. Microsoft is for example already doing this. This is definitely not high priority but would chain the whole suite together.
