I encountered the problem while using the application (Frontend)

Current behaviour
As a non admin user, I'm allowed to do the "add user with permission" process, while it works in the frontend, it does nothing.
Desired behaviour
If I'm not allowed, I should not be able to do all the steps to prevent a misleading interpretation that "it worked"
Steps to reproduce
On a board where I'm editor, I'm allowed to add new users to the board:
- Clic on the people icon on top right corner
- Type user email
- Select user, set permission level
- Validate
- Validate (to close the permission modal)
- Permission counter is incremented (ex: 14)
- Refresh the page
- Permission counter is back to previous value (ex:13)
