Separate content and layout

Context

Some of our text content could be reused on multiple pages, or otherwise not inlined within a single page. We should have some way to manage and review our text content separate from the layout

Deliverable (subject to change)

• a /content folder containing text blobs
• a react component that takes a text blob path and injects it into a Typography section of the appropriate section

@steebe what are you thinking for the best way to store/organize content? We will likely eventual use something like React Intl in the future to inject the content into our components.
