Does search not include info we have in the real time tracker?

For example, I see no results for "Matt Bevin": http://staging.influenceexplorer.com/search?query=matt+bevin&from_form=1
and yet, here is the page clearly labeled with "Matt Bevin": http://realtime.influenceexplorer.com/committee/matt-bevin-for-senate-inc/C00547547/
