[Feat] Place Search & Todo Registration

Overview

Allow users to search for places and register them as 'Ping' reminders.

Requirements

• Search: Use Naver Search API (or Map keyword search) to find places.
• Registration Flow:
  1. Search Keyword -> Select Result.
  2. Confirm location on map.
  3. Save with simple Todo text (e.g., "Buy Milk").
• UI: Implementation based on Figma Search Screen (6:2223).
