Add examples for accessing low latency data

write examples of how to access the LL data (not clear right now and wotn find it unless specifically passed the "LL" level attribute

Hi @hayesla - I could maybe do this? is it just about updating the examples gallery? Would you not find it passing the correct value to data_type attribute e. g LL or the correct Level. Level attribute is already supported. I don't see that data_type is supported at the moment

Hi @JonCook that would be great. Yes just a simple example on how to query for low-latency data with sunpy_soar, by passing a.Level("LL02") etc.

Its not obviously clear that this can be done using sunpy_soar so we want an example to show this.

For example:

import sunpy_soar
from sunpy.net import Fido, attrs as a 
from astropy.time import Time
from astropy import units as u

tend = Time.now()
tstart = tend - 2*u.day

res = Fido.search(a.Time(tstart, tend), 
                  a.Instrument.swa,
                  a.Level("LL02"))

And maybe include some information about what the difference is between LL02 and LL03.

Now that I'm writing this, it might be better that we change this so that if a user passes just a.Level("LL") it returns any available low latency data for that specific instrument they look for?
