RSS for /discs and an overhaul

Hability to create rss feeds from custom /discs seaches. This would be helpful for those who don't want to get the firehose with all new dumps.
pull/1, now merged, says there's rss for recent submissions but I can't find it on the main page. "News" are ok'ish being a forum thread but I can't find a new sumbissions rss on the forum either.

There's probably more a feed or two that could be useful but I've just moved and noticed these. Don't abandon rss for even more fragmented communities behind registered walls.

Site is very new and more features are to come, plus disc pages are not hidden behind registration, registration is only needed for submitting your own discs. RSS was likely removed during initial dev for performance reasons but it may come back later if it can be implemented without causing unnecessary strain (sites are being hammered by bots these days).
