[Bug] Frontpage displays recent dump dates sorted by modified date rather than added date

I noticed that the recent dumps list was sorted rather oddly:

When looking closer at the specific dumps from 06-24 being shown, I noticed that the modification date lined up with where the dump was located in the list, rather than the added date; I thus believe the list is thus being sorted by modified date rather than added.

Could this be fixed to sort by added date instead?

Most likely it is sorted by the datetime at which they were submitted rather than accepted.
Similar to issue with sorting by modified datetime.
