What's valuable
The logical gates intuition for Computation is a nice concrete anchor — neurons as AND-like gates, gene repression as NOT-like gates. This could be a good addition.
What should be revised before merging

- Keep the simplified structure — co-definitions first, then commitments (the recent cleanup removed verbosity intentionally)
- Avoid verbose sidenotes — PBR theorem, second quantization analogies are better for full papers
Recommendation
Please revise to:
- Add only the logical gates intuition to the Computation definition (one sentence)
- Remove sections duplicating existing content
- Keep the current simplified prelude structure
