Paper describing the platform architecture / functionality for the semantic web

running the scripts / generating figures

1. Install pipenv: https://github.com/pypa/pipenv
2. Install repo dependencies pipenv install
3. To run jupyter notebooks: pipenv shell, then jupyter notebook
