reduction-techniques

Repository for the paper on reduction techniques for survival analysis. ArXive-Link: XXX

  • reduction-techniques/code: contains the application examples in Section 6
  • reduction-techniques/code/functions: contains necessary functions to calculate pseudo values and confidence bounds for Aalen-Johansen estimator. Latter taken from etm package
  • reduction-techniques/figures: contains output of application scripts, i.e., Figure 5 and 6 in the paper
