env: cake: No such file or directory

How do I solve the following issue? When I type (+ 3 4) into a Textmate file, save, and press CTRL-X, I get:

env: cake: No such file or directory

I imagine others might get this error too. Is this a problem with my setup? Something that needs to be explained in the README?

Do you use RVM?

Yes, I use RVM.

My RVM setup was fine but things still weren't working. I chased it down to a need to put a symlink to cake in a convenient folder in the TM_PATH. (e.g. /usr/local/bin). IOW, I created a cake symlink there pointing to my gem location for cake and then added /usr/local/bin to the end of the TM_PATH. Hope that helps anyone. It was bugging the heck out of me!
