Fail to select video file

Hello,
I met this problem: fail to select video file. Here are the details.
(OS:Win10)
I clicked the button[select video file], and select the video. But nothing happened. It still reminded me of 'Video missing (and required)'
I tried on other PCs, they didn't show such problem.
Can you help me out?
