The working plan for imgcli. The strategy: ship small, useful things and share each one — every item below is a deliberate "thing to show." Feedback and contributions welcome (comment here, or grab an issue).

v0.3.0 — next feature release

Zero-dependency formats (more formats, still a single dependency-free binary)

• QOI read/write (zero-dependency) #31 — QOI read/write (easy, great first issue)

Agent-UX (the differentiated angle vs ImageMagick / vips)
