Coin selection failed when sending near max amount from the wallet

Test: @onchain_3 - Avoids creating a dust output and instead adds it to the fee
Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a wallet with, say 100 000 000
2. Try to send available max - 300 (99 999 888 - 300 = 99 999 588)

Expected:
The transaction should be completed.

Actual:
Send Error - Coin selection failed

Looks to me like this needs to be fixed in bitkit-core. It works on Android though, @jvsena42 @ovitrif any special logic you have there?

The android logic is in DeriveBalanceStateUseCase, but Android has a similar issue when the UTXO amount is not enough and the method is not getting the next one to complement

Indeed, Android also has this error sometimes -- I keep seeing it popping up in the logs -- so I do also agree this needs further fixing in bitkit-core 👍🏻
