RGS server connection issue

Test @settings_11 - Can connect to different Rapid Gossip Sync Server.
Note: the issue observed in CI only. Not observed locally. Also it seems to be intermittent. Seen few times now, will observe, if it is common will need to disable @settings_11 from CI.

To reproduce:

• Go to Settings/Advanced/Rapid-Gossip-Sync
• Add trailing / to the URL and hit connect

Expected

Rapid-Gossip-Sync Server Updated success.

Actual

• settings_rgs_error_peer Failed to connect to node error is presented
