the latest version v0.3.4 uses node12 which is deprecated

Dear all,

can you please bump the node version to a newer one?
we already have the following error message in our pipeline which we cannot fix:
The following actions uses node12 which is deprecated and will be forced to run on node16: synopsys-sig/detect-action@v0.3.2. For more info: https://github.blog/changelog/2023-06-13-github-actions-all-actions-will-run-on-node16-instead-of-node12-by-default/

can you please work on this issue?
