This repository has one workflow, `.github/workflows/deploy.yml`, so the link 404s and the sentence describes a file that is not there. The checks it claims are real: the `build` job runs `npm test`, `npm run build` and the Chromium accessibility gate on every push and pull request, and both `deploy` and `dependabot-auto-merge` name that job in `needs:`. One workflow with one gate job is the shape `gate-sync` requires and audits/_MASTER-TEMPLATE.md 6.1-6.2 specifies; the README was still describing the two-workflow shape that preceded it. No workflow, test or source file is touched. Reported as crypto-lab#28.
