Unc ACL does not give positional data back to operator

## Description
The ER-V (unc) driver does not send back positional data to operator.


## Related Issues

This is blocking the operator from sending position data to the director/commander autonomous mode, of which the goal is to let the director understand that telling the camera operator to move further past it's end stops is not possible.
