Add one or two toggle buttons which will active key bindings for changing size and position of the Map Display. This will need selection of Map Display somewhere, so it should be either the active one or there can be modal dialog for this mode (rather than toggle) where the selection would be possible. An advantage of the modal dialog would be also an option to put there GUI buttons for moving the window so that mouse can be used and place for detailed instructions like which keys to use.
This should be at the same place as button from #13.
