Add CONTRIBUTION.md to Help New Contributors

Hi @tanishsarkar28 , I noticed the repository doesn’t currently include a CONTRIBUTION.md file. Adding contribution guidelines can make onboarding easier for new contributors and help maintain consistency. I’d like to take this up if the issue can be assigned to me.

I'm a GSSoC'26 contributor and I'd love to work on this issue as well. I have already set up the project locally and would be happy to prepare a beginner-friendly CONTRIBUTING.md with clear setup instructions, contribution workflow, coding guidelines, and PR process.
