Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md for Community Guidelines

Hi @tanishsarkar28 , I saw that a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file is missing from the repository. Adding one could help create clearer community guidelines for contributors. I’d be happy to work on this issue if you’d like to assign it to me.
