com.google.cloud.tools:jib-maven-plugin cannot be updated to v3.4.3

The build is stuck using the new version of the plugin, and looks like this

The execution command is
mvn -P docker package jib:dockerBuild -DskipTests=true
Maybe is related to GoogleContainerTools/jib#4046

I am having the same problem, but for the Gradle Plugin Version 3.4.3. Downgrading to 3.4.2 fixed it.
