Provide verbose logging for each expired tuple

We need a configuration option that will allow to enable/diable verbose logging.

That logging must include:

• timestamp
• criteria, by which a tuple has been expired
• key to identify such tuple

This should be disabled by default. Also it's good to place it in log.verbose or even audit logging if it is enabled.

Not right now, but the task is in the backlog and can be implemented someday.
