I need a new trigger to change the power scheme if the mean CPU load exceeds or drops below a specific percentage.
I need to setup also the time used to calculate the mean of CPU percentage, for example 1, 5, or 10 seconds.
This new feature is needed to be able to control the power schemes and to be able to speed down the fan whenever is possible.
As an example, I have found a freeware software that does what I'm asking for: GiMeSpace Power Control.
