I want to ask whether rust-norion is in scope before proposing a PR:

• Status: early research-engineering prototype

rust-norion is not an end-user coding assistant, prompt-to-app tool, IDE plugin, or hosted agent platform. It is a Rust prototype for the control layer around agentic AI systems:

• explicit runtime/action boundaries
• memory and experience-replay governance
• evidence gates before writes or self-evolution steps
• auditable traces and rollback paths
• Rust-first agent harness/control-plane primitives

If the guide includes infrastructure and harness-control resources behind reliable AI coding workflows, this may fit. If the scope is only finished user-facing vibe-coding tools, I will not open a PR.
