🧁 Krea + Cupcake track — shipped 2026-08-09

• DD — Krea 2 image generation Phase 1 (feat(shot-creator): Krea 2 image generation via cupcake (Phase 1) #96, merged): text-to-image on cupcake, admin-only, LoRA support.
• Palette — Krea 2 image gen (#223, merged → prod) + Shot Animator text-to-video & video canvas / seed-hunt (#221 closed, shipped in #222, merged → prod).
• Both DD + DP now render Krea on cupcake. mk-gateway gained a POST /v1/image endpoint (Krea t2i + LoRA), verified over the tunnel with the palette key.

Next up: Krea style transfer (weighted moodboard references — up to 4, each with a ▲/NN%/▼ strength on the thumbnail). Box style-reference graph is in progress, then the Palette UI. Tracked at #93.
