I thought this might be interesting to the users of the wiktextract data: I extracted the title translations from Wikipedia and uploaded the resulting data (about 3 GB), my code is here: https://github.com/Vuizur/wikipedia-translations-extractor
For proper dictionary usage one would probably have to fix capitalization, maybe with a case-sensitive frequency list - maybe that's an idea for a future project.
