App crashes on start when loading libheapsapp.so

The app crashes on start when attempting to load the native library:

Did you ever resolve this issue as I'm experiencing the exaxct same thing. Building the demo from the qkdreyer/heaps-android fork on OSX. Successfully (apparently) builds but crashes at runtime. The libheapsapp.so, libSDL2.so and libopenal.so are created in the platform specific folders (not directly) under builds/intermediates/......

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
