Toggle back does not work

Love this extension! Once I added the presentation settings to my global VSCode settings as explained in the docs, and then ran Toggle Settings, I immediately got the presentation layout and colors. But going back does not work for me. Neither via Toggle Settings - Reset State command, nor via Toggle Settings command. I just get stuck with the presentation mode. So, for now I keep two sets of settings, the regular and the presentation ones, and move the one I need to the global settings and then run Toggle Settings command. Fortunately, I don't need to switch often, so it is but a minor nuisance. I love that I can switch within a couple seconds when I need to.

But of course, it would be better to be able to go back and forth as promised. Or maybe I am doing something wrong. Or maybe something to do with User and Workspace settings.

I've not been on top of this for a while, nor kept up with possible VS Code API changes. 😬

If you or anyone reading this figures out the issue before I can get to it, I'm happy to merge a fix. Meanwhile, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and also very grateful for the feedback!

As a followup: It's currently working for me. =/

It immediately writes the following to Workspace settings (which, in the workspace I just tried, is empty):

And when I use Toggle Settings again, the Workspace settings are changed back to what they were prior, and set back into Workspace settings (even though they weren't there before).

I haven't had a chance to look closely, but it very well could be a bug or conflict with how it's handling Workspace settings or some such. E.g., the described behavior is admittedly pretty "hacky".
