Use tauri-cef for linux

Using the branch https://github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/tree/feat/cef on tauri to test out the chromium embeded engine for linux build

To do

• Create separate branch to use this version of tauri
• Force auto update for this version. The user should not be able to refuse the update
• Create a CI to build from this branch the Linux AppImage version
