Trim the Word List

Now that we have a DB of words, let's trim it down to only 4 letter words.
Original DB task: #5

Thoughts:

• We should remove non A-Z characters so that a look up for "thats" will match the previous "that's"
• We should probably ensure everything is the same case (lowercase) so that we don't have to match on upper and lower case letters
