Improve driver controls

• Create a list of all of the required controls and understand the available buttons. Remember that the driver joysticks, D-pad, Y, and triggers are reserved for swerve.
• Meet with drivers to find out how they want the controls laid out.
• Modify TeleopControls to implement the drivers' preferred bindings.
