Monorepo refactor #13
Description
This should be the last refactor required for Rocket 0.1.
In an unpushed commit, Rocket now has a src folder, a utils folder, and an api folder. It would be much smarter to setup a monorepo now.
This will require no changes for the extensions themselves.
In terms of package managers, I'm thinking forgoing support for pesde, as it's Roblox support is dogwater.
