Keshika reviewed the bundles and shared the following findings. The Part II flag looks good, but I did want to confirm whether the other issues are only a product of testing. 

I added Manny but I think we expect the interpretation component and the safety score. It's generally fine if not all questions are present. 

Bundles with part2 flag

Can you review the comments above regarding Interpretation components not being present and safety score not being calculated? Discussing with HEALTHeLINK and NYeC team and want to clarify what parts of the CCD are driving these items in the conversion.

The Observation resource for Total Safety Score is generated only if the question code 95614-4 is present in the CCDA XML file.

Similarly, an Observation resource for a given screening question code is generated only if that specific screening question code is present in the CCDA XML file.

As mentioned earlier in issue #2432 , the details for the interpretation component in the Observation resource are available at the path: observation.entryRelationship.observation.interpretationCode

However, in the example CCDA files, the value is provided with nullFlavor="OTH", and the SHINNY IG does not support OTH or UNK for interpretation.

Could you please confirm what values should be used for interpretation.code and interpretation.display in such cases?

Follow up from email thread on this topic:

Thanks for that, Pat. Double checking our messages, the lack of interpretation code or missing Safety Score is definitely a matter of not being present in the Medent CCDs from our sources, hence not being converted to FHIR. If this is not a show-stopper, can we get the final green light from NYeC to go live with our Part2 data source?
can TechBD confirm the Part2 logic is in Prod on the TechBD side? (Apologies, the releases have escaped me, unsure if this is still pending).

Once we get the green light and TechBD is ready to receive Part2, we can implement in Prod on the HeL side. This could be completed in the first half of next week if all are on board.

I replied to the thread letting them know that the Part2 logic should already be in PRD. At this time, we're waiting for more info from NYeC team.
