Currently SP5 Meetings says:
Section 1.D. Quorum shall be a majority of the EC.
Given that the EC frequently has eight members, I think we should be clearer about whether that's at least half or more than half. I think majority means "more than half", so I think this section should be reworded as "Quorum shall be more than half of the EC.", which is immediately clear.
