Mage registry key "controller" already exists issue when running tests on Magento 1.7 #22
The solution is quite simple - add to dev\tests\integration\framework\Magento\Test\TestCase\ControllerAbstract.php

{
//must unregister, otherwise conttoller tests fails
Mage::unregister('controller');
