add new fields related to Wizard

We will probably collect a few information from Wizard back to NKR. Therefore, please add the following fields:

• FAIR enabling resources (FER) - add: ids (URL), type (vocabulary with values: registry, structured vocabulary, Metadata-Data Linking Schema, Semantic model)
• FAIR implementation profile (FIP) - add: ids (URL)

both have cardinalities 0..n

In more general approach, just one attribute related to related resources could be used, with vocabulary covering both FER and FIP resources and also other: DMP (Data management plan), documentation, certification documents.

Processing of one attribute and overall reduced complexity instead of many special attributes with tiny vocabs could play significant role in schema construction.
