As a reminder:
Please connect Vectrex A15 to PC15 of the STM instead of PB6.
PB6 can be handled somewhere else...
As it is now, one can NOT write to VIA (or RAM) directly from the STM, and thus the programmable "HALT" makes pretty much no sense IMHO.
