There is a relatively straightforward path to add the ability to be paid when someone wants to start a keygen session, allowing them to sign as many transactions as they need. We could do this by requiring a bolt11 payment be completed before we allow other participants to join in the session. This should be a configurable feature, as some may have this process running in their own infra and not need to be paid to run the service.
