Bundle OpenSSL with distributions #12
Description
OpenSSL is used as a dynamically-linked library, and is not included in the distribution/installer of the CLI. This means on new computers, the CLI throws an error (See attached image). Bundle OpenSSL installer, or prompt for an installation.
